About the event
Our immersive trauma healing experience combines the powerful modalities of sound therapy, somatic breathwork, and ketamine therapy to help regulate the nervous system and promote deep healing. Through the transformative frequencies of sound therapy, the body and mind are gently guided into a state of relaxation and balance, releasing stored tension and promoting emotional release. Somatic breathwork further amplifies this process by using controlled breathing techniques to help you reconnect with your body, calm the nervous system, and access deeper layers of healing. Finally, ketamine therapy, when administered in a safe and controlled environment, supports neuroplasticity, helping the brain form new, healthier neural pathways and facilitating emotional breakthroughs. Together, these therapies create a holistic approach to trauma healing, addressing both the physiological and psychological aspects of trauma and stress for a profound sense of renewal and well-being.
We also emphasize the importance of integration, so what is integration?
It is the period right after ketamine treatment that marks a peak in neuroplasticity, the brain becomes especially open to new cognitive patterns. While ketamine enhances this neuroplasticity, integration is essential for achieving long-term benefits and fostering positive behavioral changes. Integration is a reflective practice where individuals examine insights gained during treatment, allowing them to reassess negative thought patterns and habits. Patients can create meaningful change by incorporating these new perspectives into their daily lives. In ketamine therapy, integration is vital, as it helps patients to analyze and solidify insights gained during their sessions, ultimately enhancing mental well-being. We at Bloom Healing Collective believe integration should happen soon after treatment when neuroplasticity is at its highest. We offer support and integration after every Ketamine journey. For group experiences, we have a virtual offer for integration as well.
A maximum number of 8 spots are available per group event, to ensure the safety and integrity of everyone's experience. This will be on a first come first serve basis.
IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW:
EVALUATIONS FOR THIS SESSION ARE TO BE COMPLETED BETWEEN DECEMBER 26-31
An initial evaluation ($175) completed by our PMHNP must be completed to determine clearance for participation
Evaluations are good for one year, as long as no major medical changes have occurred.
Any participant receiving Ketamine MUST have a responsible driver to and from the event
If you find that you desire to continue the ketamine sessions you are welcome to join future group events (again first come first serve basis) or you are welcome to contact us for 1:1 ketamine sessions (breathwork and sound are also available for 1:1 sessions)
All sessions include continuous medical monitoring with an ACLS-trained Provider always on-site
Bloom Healing Collective is self-pay only at this time
Due to the nature of these treatments it is not uncommon to need multiple Ketamine sessions during your healing process, but many factors are brought into consideration, discuss your options with our providers, and we are happy to help you cultivate the most supportive Ketamine regimen for your healing and health needs!
